Fees
Contingency Fee
If you are a plaintiff in an eligible civil litigation matter, we collect no fee unless you prevail or a settlement is reached in your case.
Hourly Rate/Retainer
For all non-contingency fee cases, a non-negotiable hourly rate is charged upon payment of a retainer under our pre-determined fee schedule. In the event that your case is completed and only a portion of the retainer is used, the balance is immediately returned.
All retainers are held in an escrow IOLA trust account and managed in accordance with New York Judiciary Law §497.
Payment
We accept payment of retainers by check, credit card, money order, cash or paypal.
